The goal of the challenge is to cut out all sources of added sugar for 10 days and to limit your carbs to 150 grams per day. We will give you the full list of allowed foods. You will focus on consuming nutrient-dense, whole foods that don’t contain added sugars. Natural sugars, which are found in foods like vegetables, fruits, and dairy products, are permitted. This is not a keto challenge – it’s a NO SUGAR CHALLENGE!
The purpose of this challenge is to help you get started on a lifestyle towards optimal health.

Is sugar in fruit and dairy allowed?
Yes! Although sugar exists in whole fruit, vegetables, and dairy, eating these in their natural, unprocessed forms is acceptable.
Are artificial sweeteners ALLOWED?
Yes! We want to get you OFF the toxic stuff… SUGAR!
Sugar is addictive like a drug
It lights up the same ‘feel-good’ chemicals in your brain. It’s no wonder you can’t give it up on your own! Sweeteners, on the other hand, hardly affect your blood sugar, so in this challenge, they’re perfectly fine to consume.
