Adapt Your Life Academy

Adapt Your Life Academy is an e-learning Academy that offers multiple keto and low-carb related online courses. 

As of now, we offer two courses in the Academy;  The Keto Made Simple Masterclass led by Dr. Westman and The Stall Slayer Masterclass led by Amy Berger.

We open enrollment for courses one at a time so that we can give our full support to new students for a full 3 week period following the course.

We will alternate courses every 8 weeks or so.  (One course at a time)

We offer ongoing learning and support in the way of a subscription ‘membership’ (offered to AYLA GRADS only).  Once your course ‘support period’ is over,  you will be able to join the AYLA membership if you wish.   The membership offers a TON of added value such as weekly interactive LIVE sessions that alternate between Dr. Westman, Amy Berger, and invited guest experts.  A monthly cooking segment in the Adapt Kitchen with Michelin star chef, Scott Parker. (Food list approved recipes).  An Adapt Fitness segment, weekly recipes, monthly challenges & plenty of support and encouragement from our rockstar members.  PLUS…the best part….ongoing access to Dr. Westman, Amy Berger, and Team AYLA.  The membership fee is 19.95/month, and you can cancel at any time.

Yes, courses are available online only through a private student portal that you get access to once you purchase a course.
