You will focus on consuming nutrient-dense, whole foods that don’t contain added sugars. Natural sugars, which are found in foods like vegetables, fruits, and dairy products, are permitted.
This is not a keto challenge – it’s a NO SUGAR challenge.

Is sugar in fruit and dairy allowed?
Yes! Although sugar exists in whole fruit, vegetables, and dairy, eating these in their natural, unprocessed forms is acceptable.

DO I NEED TO LIMIT MY PROTEIN?
No! When you’re hungry, eat as much protein as you like. Stop when you’re comfortably full.
