The goal of this challenge is to cut out all sources of added sugar for 8 days and to limit your carbs to 150 grams per day. We will give you the full list of allowed foods. You will focus on consuming nutrient-dense, whole foods that don’t contain added sugars. Natural sugars, which are found in foods like vegetables, fruits, and dairy products, are permitted.
This is not a keto challenge – it’s a NO SUGAR challenge.
Making just one change to your diet – eliminating sugar – may not seem like a big step, but you’ll be amazed at the impact this can have on your physical and mental wellbeing.

Is sugar in fruit and dairy allowed?
Yes! Although sugar exists in whole fruit, vegetables, and dairy, eating these in their natural, unprocessed forms is acceptable.
Are artificial sweeteners ALLOWED?
Yes! We want to get you OFF the toxic stuff… SUGAR!
Sugar is addictive like a drug
It lights up the same ‘feel-good’ chemicals in your brain. It’s no wonder you can’t give it up on your own! Sweeteners, on the other hand, hardly affect your blood sugar, so in this challenge, they’re perfectly fine to consume.
DO I NEED TO LIMIT MY PROTEIN?
No! When you’re hungry, eat as much protein as you like. Stop when you’re comfortably full.
